Kathleen is a Brooklyn native, an active member of the New York City Pagan community. Her path to Wicca began mainly through activism but also stemmed from a strong inner knowing of the sacredness and interconnectedness of all life that she had since the belief system she was raised in lost its relevance to me in childhood. Through the peace and environmental movements, Kathleen met Eco-feminists who led her to Goddess worshipers and then the greater Pagan community. She was involved in New Moon New York Pagan Networking Group for many years. She is a member of Lake Circle Coven, a collective that organized and hosted three camping gatherings yearly as well as other events. But she has always considered herself a Solitary Wiccan. For the past several years, Kathleen have been associated with the Wiccan Family Temple. Where she has a specific responsibility at every Sabbat (wheel of the year) or Estbat (full moon) ritual – the blessing of cakes and ales.
