Nancy (craft name, Amarys) has been a practicing Pagan, identifying as Wiccan, since 2001. She was a solitary practitioner for many years, and her primary influences include Scott Cunningham, Starhawk, Janet Farrar, and Eileen Holland. Nancy joined Grailwood Coven in 2011, and is currently a 2nd-degree initiate, delving deeper into the Faery Faith for her 3rd-degree work. Combining spiritual practice with activism and community outreach, she was an active member of the Pagan Environmental Coalition and previously served on the board of New York City Pagan Pride. She is also an avid Tarot and Rune practitioner.
