Trip to Fiords of Norway
Last summer I was escaping the NYC heatwave in fiords of Norway. Yes, there is snow in mid-July higher up in the north, and direct sunlight is rare and yes, we camped (at least most of the time) but I will take it anytime instead of sweating in daunting 104F city chaos. But it was well worth it!

Oregon trip, Hawaii next!
Sometime last September my friend Elena and I were having drinks on the rooftop bar in midtown to recognize my birthday. We got talking about how neither of us has been to Seattle, even though always wanted to go. So one snowy February weekend we flew to Seattle, for no particular reason or event, just to be there.

Foliage in Vermont
